Information we collect

When you request service, we collect the form fields you provide: name, phone number, email when supplied, RV year, make, or type, location, affected system, urgency, details, consent, and the page from which the request was sent. Hosting and security systems may also process ordinary request data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, response status, and timestamps.

Phone calls to the Sunspoke line may be answered by an automated assistant and recorded or transcribed.

Why we collect it

We use request information to connect you with an independent Yuma-area mobile RV technician and to operate, protect, and improve the request service.

Sharing

We may share a request with one or more independent Yuma-area technicians and with our email and telephony processors as needed to receive, route, and follow up on the request.

Retention and sale

Request records are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. We do not sell personal data.
